Thanks guys. It's awesome to have an audience. Makes me feel like I need to be doing my best work
I finished with the firewall extension piece, it's all welded in and ground down. I went back to my dad's tonight and played around with the metal stretcher this time and ended up creating this beauty. (Pics to follow)
With a little bit more massaging and holding my tongue just right, it should fit.
