Fabtech makes a lift coil for the 73-87 2wd trucks plus thier kit includes a b/j spacer. I am sure these two items would work on a 67-72. Aside from that there is not a whole lot you can do to lift a 2wd unless you go full custom. To my knowledge there are no lift spindles avail for these trucks...
If you have leaf springs in the back you can do an add a leaf or use lift blocks. If you have coils then you are pretty much limited to what you can do...
If you want a lifted truck that bad I would sell your 2wd and get a 4x4
