look on the firewall by the hood hinge you'll see the solenoid valve plumbed in to front brake line..
12v momentary switch usually mounted on shifter or built into knob..
press brake pedal firmly, push and hold button, release pedal and front brakes stay applied until button released..
takes a little getting used to but works great and sure beats baking the rear brakes to warm up tires
