Does the alternator maintain 13.5 volts or more under full load?? If so, the alternator is probably ok. Disconnect the battery cables and, using a battery charger, charge the battery until the no load voltage is 12.5 volts.. Let the battery set disconnected for a couple days.. If the battery voltage is lower, you have a bad battery.. If it holds the voltage, your tests are either incomplete or flawed..
