I tow my heavy 26' TT with mine 3-4 times a year. Travel trailer weighs 5500 empty and approx 6500 all loaded up. I have Dominator 2600 bags in place of the stock rear coils on Schraders. Front and rear sway bars and rebuilt suspension with disc brakes on the front. Tows great, but it certainly helps that I run a Hensley Arrow WD hitch.
