This will fit, but you'd probably need to get the fenders from a 67-68 GMC for it to fit perfectly. If not, there'll be little gaps on the bottom corners of the grille, between the grille and fender.
There was a thread a long time ago that discussed putting a GMC grille on Chevy fenders. Had some great pics that describe what I'm talking about.
