The bed sides are really beat, I think they'll just warp if I weld on them. Lots of old bondo over dents and rust.
Oh well, the bed floor is decent thru the middle section.
So I cut off the ends and make a new edge for the rear.
I practiced on the piece I cut off, then worked the floor.
