Yes, but I broke the Float Bowl Insert(pictured on the right) and had to use another one(pictured on the left)

BUT because the reman one has this in it:

I had to shave down the sides and but out the center of it just to make it work.

I have a 71 Q-Jet, and a 72 Q-jet that don't have the repair done. but they do need a GOOD cleaning, any benefit to rebuilding one of those? Since im doing it anyway. The float hinge is different on the repaired one, that is why i needed to shave it down.

I hate to think of wasting the 500 on the reman and just shelving it, but I just want it done right.

Thoughts?
