I would keep the DBW and call the yard and see if you can get the TAC, pedal and the jumper harness between the two. Just putting a DBC throttle body on a later DBW intake has some interference issues. Also, if you're not going to be 'slamming' it when you go to lower it, the truck oil pan should be fine. It will be an inch or so below the crossmember, but on trucks it usually isn't a problem.
