They were positively a 'no-go' on the 74 @ roughly 5.5-6" front drop (static drop w/3" spindle & 1-coil removed). They buzzed the tops of the inner wheel-wells just poking down the alley.

I should clarify,... the '86 will have no inner fenders and a Dropmember.
(My 5.5" static drop is on my '69 swb beater)
