Re: 250 to 292 swap.. help?
big_rig, I'm not 100% sure about the flywheels being interchangeable.
I seem to recall reading somewhere a few years ago that the 292
uses a 168 tooth flywheel,but the 250 uses a 153 tooth flywheel.
If I were you i would do some more research on this.I had to put a
new flywheel on my 292, I bought it at a local NAPA Auto parts.
It had to be special ordered....just my two cents.
