Thanks Rian. It was actually rather easy to make. The hard part was gluing it up and making sure everything was in a straight line and then painting the face. I just winged it by staring at photos.

Got my Roloc and some 36 grit discs in the mail today. Ordered it from Amazon while I was buying some of my wifes xmas presents. Somehow she still found out. LOL! Now I need a 90* Die grinder.
