I had my tires rotated on my Ram at the dealership last year. A day or two later I felt pulsing in my pedal when braking. I took it back to the dealer and told them I think the over tightened the lugs with an impact wrench. He said they don't use an impact to install lugs, just as a mechanic was using an impact to tighten some lugs, lol. I ended up with new front rotors out of the deal.
