Yes the C series cabs were available with the high hump trans cover. There is no difference between a '60-'66 C series cab and a '60-'66 K series cab. The frame VIN is on the top of the frame flange on the drivers side below where the generator/alternator would be, as well as on the side of the frame under the cab.
