Does your truck have mechanical clutch linkage, or a hydraulic clutch?
If it's mechanical (and looks factory, at least under the dash and through the firewall), then I'm betting that's a '63 cab that was set on an original '60-62 chassis.
Besides the hood and grille being added to the truck when it was built/modified, that truss/brace over the rear end housing isn't original.
