I have the same ’55 step-side kit that you have. Almost the same color too!
I can’t even remember when I built it but I bet it was back in the mid 90’s.
Used a 454 from a Monogram Chevelle kit.
A few ’88 – ’98 trucks I have built over the years. Got several more stashed away in boxes as well as many unbuilt kits.
