Sod, I bought some stuff from this guy recently, and I think he's got a family member "guessing" at values based on what I learned, so I got some parts way less expensive by messaging him. Now, you already know you are going to pay a war pension for NOS vs the perfect and identical reproductions, so I'd make him an offer of say 300 or something and see if he bites or at least ask what the least he'd take is
