Do you know where the seat you got rid of came from? Is it a stock seat from another truck? Did the holes line up on the cab floor for the seat bracket?

So this was part of the story I haven't gotten to yet on the thread but long story short no. The PO used some of the factory holes and drilled holes in the floor the others. I think it was from something like a early 2000's tahoe but im not sure.
