Any truck properly equipped can pull super heavy on a level road at 5 mph but even at that speed ,it didnt stop to well. Trucks ratings are getting stupid when brand new and everything works well it probably can stop the 30k with the truck brakes again on a level road going reasonable . But you get into the mountrains and the trailer brakes fad from heat your screwed. Some trailers have electric over pneumatic discs but I wouldn't want to pulling that much weight with an in essence a light duty truck.

You might get up that realm of weight doing commercial loads but I dont think you would be anywhere near the max towing a camper. Most campers are now lightweight construction. Even a 40ft luxury 5th wheel is aound 20k dry so about 23 fully loaded.

Trucks are just looking for bragging rights.
