I just ordered a re-manufactured box for a '70 chev.
Cardone 27-7501. Casting # 7802644.
Fits and works properly."

It's a 3/4" x 30 spline.
My unit is a 1976 and newer steering gears and has 3-1/2 turns lock to lock. However they have a smaller input shaft,
Input shaft seal P/N 28401454 (smaller)
Used Edelmann 7857 Power Steering Gear Rebuild Kit – Note: However it needed smaller Input Shaft Seal.
SAE inverted flare power steering hoses
11/16-18 Inverted Flare High Pressure
5/8-18 Inverted Flare Low Pressure
And Oh by the way, if you dont need it I'd be happy to use it.
Cool....The issue I am having now is figuring out what pulleys I need so that I can run AC and PS....The single pulley set up will definitely not work
