Last weekend I finally got the back of the cab welded to the front of the suburban.
Before I did that I took the rear of the cab back off and then repaired the outer floor on the RH side, its much easier to do that way and it turned out real nice.
While I was there I patched the front footwall on the inside and the front lower pillar on the outside where it meets the rocker panel.
The rockers were fitted with sheetmetal screws and then the doors installed on the RH side again.
The RH cab corner has a 2" diameter soft spot and LH drivers floor should be replaced (pitting). Neither of those affect the integrity of the cab so I will do those later.

Next up is fitting the roof skin and then the headliner.
Then I will skin the 4th door.
