On one of my trips to the Junk yard getting parts for my son's car I came across a Blazer tank laying on the front seat of a 70's Blazer. Of course I just had to bring it home. It is surprisingly solid considering the Blazer was completely gone.

After the first loose test fit, obviously the crossmember has to go and a forward mount needs built. The biggest obstacle I see is the interference with the passenger side upper shock mount. Nothing a hammer can't fix.
