Re: Jason's Bagged Farm Truck

So I saved all my patterns from when I did Maggies truck, and started on the rear bag mounts. On her truck the bag is off set on the control arm, no biggie other than the control arm is twisted when the truck is aired up. I wanted to see if I could center it on the control arm. I was able to by not having the bag mounts square to the frame and using just the lower outter two holes.

You can see that I'll have to notch the frame in order to have bag clearnce. Its hard to tell but the bag bolts are not parallel to the frame. The upper mark is nothing.

Lower bag plate welded on and the inner frame support welded in. (its not parallel to the frame either) Its at a angle.
