Me too....

Mr E, can you take a picture of the brackets you have there. I recently did this same install this past weekend (1st time I might add) but failed to get a shot from the bottom side of the brake system. If you can post a picture of the brackets I think we could walk you through it in a snap.

As far as adding the e-brake after the drums are together, I think you are our of luck, unless you have extra small hands.
