X2 on the Gator Guard. When I use this product I tint it close to the final color, but since the top is going white just spray as is with a Shutz gun. Wait till it tacks up then spray a couple of coats of single stage urethane with out sanding (wet on wet). If I was doing that Blazer top, I would cut the gloss 50% for that factory look. Been a while since I did a top like this, but Dupont (1300xxx) pre-packaged white was a perfect color. Believe it or not, white is the most difficult color to get right. Too many times I've seen tops done in a pure white, and it just doesn't look right.

Here's a couple trailer fenders I built from glass a few years ago. Wrong color, but will give you an idea of the texture.
