I never paid much attention to BMI either but I suppose it serves a purpose. Main thing is to not be in denial about yourself. A good friend of mine is right on 6' and weighs around 230. Overweight obviously but nothing severe and not a big deal. But the problem with him is the denial of it. He said to me one time that if he weighed 190 pounds he would be a bean pole. Lol. That's what you call denial. Come on buddy, your only six feet tall. 190 would be an excellent weight. I myself have always been more towards the skinny side and have always wanted to gain more weight. I am slowly getting there.
