I installed a rought country 4inch last year. Runs great and the ride isnt bad at all. It's my daily driver also. I was in the same situation as you when I was looking for lifts. There is only so much you can do with a 50 year old truck. Its gonna take more than a skyjacker to make it anywhere close to a newer truck. I take my rig fishing all summer long here in alaska, we have probably the worse roads known to man and I wouldnt change anything. The money I saved just went into more parts anyway. My 2 cents.
