Here's the Snap-ups you're talking about. Don't know how I put up a pan and gaskets before without them. Huge difference.

Of course they don't. But gluing them to the pan with a very thin smooth layer of RTV works flawlessly and holds the gasket in place all over its perimeter. It will also stay with the pan if you have to remove it.
