unfortunatly the world is changing and if these guys want to stay in business they should probably start catering to GenX and GenY. We dont call and talk to people. Good or bad it is what it is.
Like I said I'm not trying to bad mouth or berate, just some friendly ideas from someone who would PREFER to shop with a board vendor.
