Yes they look like mag wheels. You say they are 16.5" wheels. Too badm, tire choice is somewhat limited and expensive. BUT they do make these wheels in 16" too, which should fit your brakes fine. So maybe it would be wise to change then out for 16´s because one of yours is damaged anyways and the extra you spend on 16.5" tires, you can buy the 16" wheels and tires for about the same price. There was a website I found, they sell these and have prices too. I have to digg it up and send it to you.

I really love the stance of your truck! I´m looking for a truck similar to that myself. But keep it a little more old school, like yours, no go as crazy as I ahve with my current "never ending project".
