Yes.
Note: the 292 L6 takes a special offset crossmember* due to its asymmetrical mounting -- the RH mount is forward of the fuel pump. If your L6 is a 292, be sure to get all the engine mounts, perches, pads and X-member.
[* Also used on GMC V6s.]
I have a '68 C/10 shortbed stepside with a 292, SM465, 3.73 rear. Excellent all-round truck.

Every 25 years I like to rebuild that 292, whether it needs it or not.
