My brother had a stent “installed” a couple months ago and said he feels better than before.

Last time I raked rocks was back in 81. It was in front of our barracks at Ft.Sill. Old WW2 barracks on stilts.
I remember thinking this is possibly the dumbest thing I could be doing. I didn’t realize how wrong I was.lol
