RPO ZY5 - and I think it's technically called the Exterior Decor Package, rather than the Special Appearance Package - it's what gives you the little hood doo-hicky and hood stripes. This one's hood stripes are almost faded out of existence. Hood is painted the secondary color of the combo and the stripes are shades that go with the secondary and primary colors.
