My head unit is a bit old but it does have the aux in. When I plug my cell phone in that gives me access to the 2200 tunes on my phone, internet radio, google maps and all kinds of other things I dont remember. Im not a fan of gps screens but I use Google Maps all the time because of the voice commands. I might suggest since your head unit has aux in, Get a patch cord, plug your cell phone in and see what you think.
