I've done a few things this week.
Old axle bearings out and new paint on axle. I have new bearings and seals to put in, just waiting on a dial indicator I ordered to check backlash. I didn't see any broken teeth on the gears or any metal in the bottom of the housing. I think I will be good to throw the cover on and some new gear oil and let it ride.
I forgot to have these blasted so I cleaned them up with a wire wheel and slapped on some paint.
I've got to finish prepping the front cross-member and then I will be ready to paint it and the last trailing arm. Only thing remaining after that is the frame.
