We actually used chasis saver satin black about $29.00 per quart or 94.00 per gallon, We bought #2 pine ($56.00) from a local supplier who liked old trucks and he let us cherry pick a brand new shipment of wood so we got low quality price and high quality boards, we cut the boards to width and then dido bladed the edges (Mar-k has the info available on their website) then sand the heck out of the boards, then if you would spray the chasis saver frame paint (about 3 coats they just look great and really resemble steel because of the finish...) people do not realize they are wood. Then just spray a couple of coats of enamel flat black (with uv inhibiters and you will be good to go. Kieth
