For the axle flips for lowering and ride quality I've seen some comments where people say use a bolt in rather than a weld in.
Personally seems like we weld so much on altering these trucks that it shouldn't be an issue ..... but makes me wonder why the bolt in kits etc ?

Is it that our frames are not tempered steel ?
Never quite understood it exactly --- I know when I owned my diesel guys on that forum would freak out if you mentioned welding on frame.
