The NP205 is just barely touching the bottom of the K5's floor. I have not been able to torque down the bolts going through the crossmember to the adapter but I doubt that will pull the NP205 down much. I need to move the crossmember back approximately 3/8" to make it so I can bolt the adapter to the crossmember.
What kind of clearance do you all have between your floor and your transfer case?

I know for a fact that the 205 crossmember has about an inch more drop than the Dana 20 crossmember.
