It requires 1967-87 3/4 ton lower control arms, 88-98 upper and lower ball joints, 88-98 spindles, bearings, rotors, calipers etc...and if you plan to run a sway bar, the tie rods have to be moved to the top of the spindle but keep in mind what wheels you're running as this puts the tie rod really close to the lip.

Cool thanks....so you are running a 73-87 cross member and control arms I read in your last post? You think a 78 G20 van cross member would give the same results as the 73-87 truck cross member? Just about identical
