Well mine is fuel injected so I know it wasn't the boiling. After swapping to the Orileays super mini starter mine has never had trouble again.

Here is the thread on the starter. Over a year now and it's never gave me a bit of trouble even after driving hours.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
