Not in my library. I have no plans to buy them either.
If you would like to donate a copy of the the 1960 service or the later service or supplement manuals to the cause I'd be willing to scan and upload them. It requires the binding glue to be removed so they'd become loose leaf manuals.
There are PDF CD copies that are supposedly scans of the real GM manuals covering 1960-1966 on Fleabay. IDK if they are decent quality scans or poor quality.
