Dusty, the reason you haven't seen any other cases mentioned here, is because this thread is about a 700R4 with a NP205. I'm not sure about a 208, the dims are probably different, and either way you'll have to make driveshaft modifications and others to accomodate.
Guys, is the Lock-Up kit necessary for the 700R4? I was under the impression that you didn't need to run it. Is it just for manual lock up? from the guys using them or planning to use them, what's the benefit?
