Didn't really think it was factory, just couldn't think of what it would be for. There's one on each side and seem way too beefy for exhaust hangers although the thought did run through my mind. Of course the truck had dual exhaust when I got it and these pieces were lopped off already. Oh well, they're nice and flush now lol.
