Unpluging the EGR motor wont prove if it's bad or not. The egr would be closed at idle, then open up at cruise. If the truck idles ok it's probably not stuck open. It could still be bad, or not opening up enough for the O2's to pick up on egr flow. I've had bad 02's give horrible throttle response, almost like a blocked cat. Need more than a code reader to look at some data to see what's going on. Could have a knock sensor acting goofy under load and pulling a bunch of timing or a coil/coils going bad.
