Real easy then. Right click on photo, click "open with" Then click paint.
When pic is open I make the view smaller so I can see the whole pic (bottom right). In paint you can rotate or crop the pic, etc. If it looks good just click save.
Have not had the need to resize when doing it this way. Pic should be resized when uploaded. Don't think I have seen you have problems with rotated pics. None the less using using preview post is always a good idea.
