Re: door differences
The door with the hole at the vent window is a 72. If you fill the hole you will need to make sure of the brace in the area, (look in your 69 door as it will have a flat piece of sheet metal that connects the two halves of the door).
67-71 doors had cracking problems in the connection allowing the door to spread so the screw was added in 72 to cure the problem.
