Both of them have dents in the outer sheet metal but zero rust. I circled the dents with white pencil to make it easier to see. I also drew a line where I think you wanted them cut? The one has some rot out on the inner pillar section that is still attached to it but should not affect what you are needing. Let me know if you think they will work for what you want.
