Nuke I was simply in denial about that rust until I removed the header and windshield and then gave it an OMG , but that was after I had done all the lower work and figured there is no turning back. When the new header goes back I can fill all the voids where the windshield goes. The top patch is going pretty well ,I have to pull it over with clamps to form it the way I want it and tack ,cut the adjoining metal , tack again , cut the first and re-tack. Since all of it is exposed I believe I can stretch or shrink with heat from in or out.
