how did you get the older chevy grill in the 84 grill spot on the what looks like a farm truck cause i tried everything and nuthin worked i tried cutting the grill to make fit and i also tried sandin the inner fenders down and yet again that didnt work any help?
I took a section out of each side of a 1/24 scale Revelle 1976 chevy grill and sectioned it to fit in the AMT Ertl 1984 GMC front clip, I was just very careful to cut strait and true to section it cutting from the back side with a Zona razor saw and a mytre box to not damage the chrome. if you look closely you'll see the seam lines about where the trim lines on the 1:1 are in the 70's vintage
