Re: Insulating Suburban

I used 2- 50 sq ft rolls of B-quiet mat on the steel floor and firewall. Then some foil backed bubble wrap on the roof. On the floor in back I have a 3/8" felt carpet pad under the carpet. I may still add some more insulation on the sides one I get some miles on it. I know it helped even with the few miles I have on it. Plus during the installation I discovered a spot on the roof that drummed like thunder with just a light tap of the finger. Replacing the window felts also made a huge improvement. If you want more info my WMB thread has some starting about page five.
